Hi, I’m Ben! Originally from Northumberland in the UK, I’m moving to Calgary this summer to start a research position at the University.

I’m an outgoing and friendly person who enjoys being out and about, whether it’s exploring new places, finding great cafes and bars, or watching live sports (I’m a big Newcastle United and LA Rams fan!). That said, I also value downtime at home and appreciate having a peaceful living space.

In my free time, I’m an avid long-distance runner, hiker, and cyclist. Away from exercise, I enjoy watching films, binging tv series, and discovering new spots in the city.

As a flatmate, I’m very clean and would like to live in a tidy home. I’m easygoing and generally up for hanging out when I’m around, but I also understand the importance of personal space and I am mindful of others’ needs for quiet and privacy.
