I’m Marien Ruenes. I’m looking to rent starting in March for a year. I’m a very clean and organized person. I’m bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. I love going out for runs and staying active. I’m sociable and excited to explore Vancouver, meet new people, and make the most out of this experience.

I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and respecting others’ personal space, and I really appreciate the same in return. I enjoy playing video games, listening to music, and watching movies in my downtime. While I love being social, I also value having moments to unwind and recharge. I don’t smoke and I’m easygoing but responsible. I believe good communication and mutual respect are essential for creating a comfortable living environment.
