Andrew & Aneesh

We are currently looking for a private unit with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and enough storage space to accommodate our hobbies. Ideally, we’d like a place that is within 30 minutes by bus to UBC, allowing us easy access to campus while providing a comfortable living environment.

Aneesh and I believe we would make great housemates because we both value a clean, respectful, and friendly living environment. We prioritize open communication and ensuring shared spaces are kept tidy and organized, making for a comfortable and stress-free home.

About Aneesh: Aneesh is a final-year engineering student at UBC with 28 months of professional co-op experience, including a 12-month term at FortisBC. He’s responsible, hardworking, and enjoys maintaining a structured and organized living space. Originally from Abu Dhabi, UAE, he has been in Canada since 2018 and brings a great balance of social and personal time. Aneesh is also easygoing, friendly, and always respectful of shared responsibilities.

About Me (Andrew): I’m a recent Computer Science graduate from UBC and currently working in a co-op position that requires a productive and peaceful home environment. I’m highly organized and proactive, often taking the lead on household responsibilities like purchasing shared supplies and keeping things running smoothly. I enjoy cooking, biking, and spending time outdoors. Cleanliness and mutual respect are important to me, and I always strive to create a positive living space where everyone feels comfortable.

Together, we ensure that shared responsibilities are evenly divided, and we always communicate openly to address any concerns or improvements. We’re both friendly, considerate, and respectful of each other’s personal space while also enjoying occasional social time together.
