Hi! I’m Amanda and I’m looking for a room to rent. I’m a student at Durham College studying Addictions and Mental Health. Outside of school I am a youth worker who has a passion for helping others. I’m easygoing, respectful, and genuinely care about creating a positive living environment. I believe in open communication, so if there’s ever an issue, I’m always up for a calm and honest conversation to resolve it. I’m responsible when it comes to shared spaces, making sure everything stays clean and organized without being overly picky. At the same time, I’m understanding of others’ schedules and routines, so you won’t feel like I’m imposing on your space or time. I’m dependable when it comes to shared responsibilities, like paying bills on time or taking turns with chores. Overall, I’m all about making our shared space as comfortable and positive as possible for everyone involved!
