I am an entrepreneur and I work part time from home, part time from a coworking space. I am tidy, responsible, accommodating, and helpful, and have had very positive experiences with all previous roommates (2 times; used to own before).

I am looking for a clean, modern space with lots of sunlight and ideally close to water/nature, a grocery store, and the O-train. I was initially looking for a 1 bedroom (still open to it), but I also really like the idea of sharing a bigger, cute space with someone. *between Centretown and Westboro

I get along with everyone, so beside being female, I would simply hope my room mate is someone looking for similar traits and lifestyle.
