I am a full time remote student looking for an affordable living space for myself and potentially my senior cat and ball python (optional but I would be very grateful) myself and both pets are very quiet and clean, I am heavily dedicated to keeping my living space tidy and have no issue taking up chores of any kind on days I do not work. I don’t mind others having additional company. I do not plan to have visitors often, and if requested no visits are also alright by me. Most of my days are spent inside studying or out for the day working so those who like privacy I get along with well. My legal name is Gwen but please refer to me as Mai, I am assigned female at birth :)
