I am a first year business student in the university of Waterloo and plan to maintain an apartment lease for 4 years including co-op. I have a terrible sleep schedule with coming home at 2-3 am constantly, however I keep my living space constantly clean and already have experience with living with other roommates. I also have a much younger sister so I carry a high level of responsibility. I am also looking for someone to live with me on 280 Lester street as I already found a nice 2 bed and 2 bath apartment for 1200-1300 a month with a gym, private laundry room and study lounge. As a person myself, I enjoy playing sports and carry a strong work ethic. I also will not be in the apartment a lot due to the amount of travelling I’ll take to get to the Stratford campus for my program. I’m looking for basically any girl to live with me since my original room mate ditched me last minute and I don’t have any other friends made.
