I am a clean and respectful young professional searching for my own space. Having lived with roommates for over 10 years, I understand the importance of a tidy communal area, and hope we can both respect our shared spaces. In the summers I can work sporadic hours but I’m respectful of noise levels after 11pm. I would prefer something on the west side of the city or as close to Bragg Creek as I can I get since that’s where I work. I have a sweet little kitty named Henry and I scoop his box daily. I am 420 friendly but don’t frequently use myself and would prefer any indoor use to be tobacco free. Ultimately, I’m searching for someone near my age who is respectful and clean and understands we both have our own lives while still be considerate.
