I’m a single gay 50 year old with a 6 year old dog. I’m looking to either move by myself somewhere, or get a roomie and either join forces to move in together or I move in with you at an already established place. I have furniture, but not tons. (Bedroom, couch, desk, coffee table, minimal.) Ideally would want a roommate who is female or comfortable with gay people, and who is not uncomfortable with me having the occasional visitor over.
