Hello, my name is Brianna, I am a 23 year old young female who is looking for a new place to call home for my partner Jacob, my 2 cats Milo and Zeus and myself. Jacob and I have been together for 5 years now, and have been living in a beautiful modern high-rise condominium on the 28th floor with stunning views at $2000/month + hydro + tenant insurance + underground parking for approaching 3 years now. We have always paid our rent on time and in full, and have been wonderful tenants for our landlords (they don’t want us to leave lol, we just are looking for something more affordable) . We’re very organized and clean individuals and take pride in caring for our environment and belongings. We are very fun and positive people to be around and we both have a strong passion for our career paths. Jacob has been working as an apprentice for an HVAC company for just over a year, and eventually will enrol in schooling to become a licensed gas technician. I have full time employment while I am a part time student to become a dental hygienist. We can guarantee to be reliable and trustworthy tenants, and we will take care of your space as if it is our own. We do not party at all, or consume alcohol even occasionally. We have two very well-trained and groomed cats that are extremely friendly and easygoing, they are comfortable being left at home for the duration of work shifts as they entirely independent indoor cats and spoiled rotten so they are always entertained. They are also pet-friendly and people-friendly! I also have 2 vehicles, one that I pride and store in the winter (she’s my baby) so I would be looking for at least one parking spot. We are a very respectful and considerate couple, your rules will be followed as we are grateful to have the opportunity to share your space with you! We will not be home often during day hours as we both work early shifts and don’t finish until later in the evening. We are also very quiet and will not cause any disturbances or nuisances to the household. Looking forward to meeting an awesome landlord that is looking for pleasant, hassle free tenants!
