Hello! I’m a part-time university student and bartender looking for a room to rent! I’m very respectful, responsible, quiet & keep to myself, organized & tidy, communicative and am very easy going. I have no allergies, no pets that I will be bringing with me, I don’t smoke, won’t have guests over often, and am out of the house often. I have no issues sharing a space with multiple people but I am more comfortable living with women and/or nonbinary people.
