Hi! My name is Vanessa, I’m 25 and I work full-time at a Marketing agency. I‘m on a Hybrid schedule and usually am in office 2-3 times a week.

I’m clean and quiet so I would be looking for a roommate that is similar. I don’t smoke and I only drink socially. Preferably, I would like to stay in the downtown area (High Park, Bloor West, Ossington) or anywhere close to Queen Station.

During my free time, I’m usually lounging at home or with friends. I do like to have friends over but not all the time and can accommodate with your (reasonable) needs.

I’m very easy going and would like to live with someone where we can have mutual respect. My budget is roughly $1,500 and I would prefer my own bedroom and bathroom. I’m looking to move in May 2025.
