We are a couple looking to rent a place in St. John’s, starting February 1rst.

We are both quiet, clean, introverted, and respectful. We don’t party and don’t smoke. I am a graduate student at MUN and will sometimes be working from home. My wife does most of her work from home too. We are mainly focused on our studies/work, so we are looking for like-minded people to share a calm, safe space.

We don’t have pets but we do love cats 😻 (Cats are a plus!!!)
