URGENTLY looking for a room to rent or place to share, hopefully near the north end of Nanaimo.

I work next to the north town centre/long lake and would prefer somewhere close for a shorter commute. I work two jobs and I’m typically awake at 8am to leave for my full-time day job, then come home around 6pm then stream from 7pm to 11pm normally 4-5 days a week.

I’m in need of basic household access to the kitchen and bathroom, and good quality internet for streaming. I’m willing to pay extra to upgrade if needed since part of my income relies on my second job. I don’t typically have guests over, I don’t smoke or drink, have no pets, and no vehicle. I like to keep my spaces clean and keep up with chores. I’m quiet, clean and respectful of common areas.
