I’m a quiet, clean and responsible professional. I’m currently working from home for a Florida based company. So, I would be home most of the time. I have been living in Canada since 2019, have been working for the same company since then. I have great credit history and can provide my paychecks.

I’m looking for a private bedroom with a private washroom(negotiable) in a modern condo. In the bedroom I would like to have space for a double/queen bed, my work desk, chair and maybe a TV setup.

In the condo I would like to have gym and pool facilities. Parking is not needed right now.

I don’t smoke or drink, don’t have any pets, although I love dogs. I watch TV and play games on my PlayStation sometimes.
