I’m looking for a private room or 1-3 other people to team up with to find a space in Toronto for the longer term (no sublets) starting around Feb 2024 (could be ready sooner).
What I’m looking for: $1000 to $1300 pp w/utilities Rent Controlled Space West End/on Line 1 or 2 (Annex, Dovercourt, Palmerston, etc. preferred) Air-conditioned/heating (preferred) No pets (allergic to cats, unfortunately) Shared with women in early/mid-twenties (mature students or young professionals) No smoking cigarettes/cannabis inside No couples All rooms must have a real door and window (no sliding glass pls)
About me: I’m a recent TMU graduate from Toronto who just spent 6 months travelling around Southeast Asia. I’m starting my first full-time career and looking for a space to share with like-minded others. I’ll likely be working hybrid. I’d love to be friends with my roommates and host sometimes, but also respect each other’s quiet time. I’m overall super quiet and clean (feel free to chat with my past housemates!)
I’m an avid baker so if we live together you get first dibs. Love cycling, going to the gym, travelling, going out (sometimes haha) and watching reality TV!
