For the last six years, I lived in Denmark, initially as a master’s student and later working in project management-related positions. During my time in Denmark, I learned more about Canada and the amazing opportunities it offers. In February of this year I returned to my home country to start the arrangements to travelling to Canada.

I’m familiar with sharing a house with others. In Denmark, I lived with a friend’s dad for around three years. We got along pretty well—he taught me some Danish, cuisine, and jazz. We shared the cleaning responsibilities of the house, especially for the common areas. At the end of 2021, I moved to a bigger city and lived with another family. With them, I enjoyed playing puzzles, cooking together, and going on walks in the so-called “Danish mountains” (which don’t actually exist!).

In Canada, I’ll be studying a one-year program in HR Management at Hazel McCallion Campus. I plan to apply for part-time positions, hopefully in Mississauga. My schedule will be split between studying in the afternoon and working in the mornings.

I enjoy the company of others and forging solid bonds by practicing respect, healthy communication and lots of fun.
