In Search of a Room Rental My partner and I are currently looking for a rental home near NAIT. We’re seeking a clean, safe, and private space where we can feel comfortable and at ease. Here’s a little about us:

About us:

We’re a couple of 4+ years, both female, reliable, respectful, and mindful tenants. I’m currently off work until the new year, and my partner is a student at NAIT. We both work in the oil and gas, I work in well servicing and my partner works in the environmental division! But we are currently on call/off. We have strong support from family and friends and value stability in our home life.

We’re looking for a room rental within a monthly budget of $1000 with all utilities included. Our preference is for a short-term friendly lease with a private landlord but we’re open to hearing about other options. We’re also hoping for access to laundry facilities, bus stops and stores nearby!

Lifestyle: We’re non-smokers, non-drinkers, and do not use drugs. Our hobbies include binge-watching movies, trying new recipes, going for walks, and discovering new restaurants. Do not own any pets.

I have been going back and fourth with many renters, and managements with little to no response including follow ups, its quite frustrating! So thought I would give a shot here!
