Background:
Moved from the US to Toronto last August. Mechanical Engineering graduate pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Toronto :)
I’m interested in renting a studio (preferred) or a room in an apartment or condo LONG-TERM, with an option to renew at the end of the lease term being a must. Ensuite/private bathrooms (NO SHARED BATHROOMS!) and on-site laundry preferred. A private room is a must.
Proximity to public transit is great. I do not smoke, drink, or consume drugs. No-smoke and no-drug policies are a must. RTA leases preferred, but flexible.
A bit about me:
I love meeting people from diverse backgrounds and engaging in thoughtful conversations with them😊. At home, I usually work on personal projects, coursework, or play video games. I’m a private individual, with a strict inclination for hygiene and cleanliness.
I’m trilingual and I’m currently mastering my French. Outside of schoolwork, I invest time in learning more about history and astronomy.
