employed with York Region as an environmental analyst. No parking needed, no pets, smoke but only outdoors ever no expectations. I don’t partake in cannabis but it doesnt bother me if you indulge yourself. Introvert so no parties. Not a drinker, no crazy girlfriends lol.
I currently live in Barrie, but I don’t drive, so the commute to Newmarket is 2 Ubers and a train each way and just getting tiring. Hoping to find something closer to the office.
Oh move in date, well it’s the holidays so everyone busy and strapped for cash. But I’d optimistically suggest maybe February 1st? Just to get 1st and last months rent together
