I’m tidy, clean yet not perfect. I do my dishes I clean up after done in kitchen and keep place surfaced clean and clean bathroom, floors, dust, cob webs etc when needed. Do prefer someone whom cleans up after themselves though not clean freak either. I drink and smoke as keep to self, usually engaged playing on my phone watching movies, doing a craft, cooking, play cards, games with friends. Love music as maybe crank radio for few songs at times. Iam okay with having to smoke outside, as personally don’t like heavy smoke lingering as open a window to air place out at times even if not smoke. I’m easy going, friendly and fair. I ok with guests visitors, bf or gf around long as I not have to worry bout them. I’m sharing, giving, loving. I pay rent, bills on time. Prefer if utilities and Internet included. Pet friendly ok, depending on the pet.
