I work commercial HVAC doing installations and maintenance work. I work 5 days out of the week from 6:30am to 2:30pm

I also work a second job on Sundays from 7am-3pm

I’m looking to move out of my current place sometime around February 2025 as my other roommates are retiring and leaving the province entirely.
