I am second year female graduate student in the computer engineering department. I do not drink or smoke. I have no problems with pets. I am looking for the following things in a place:

1. A quiet environment without noise so that I can study and do my research in peace.
2. I am a yoga practitioner so it would be ideal if the room is big enough for my yoga practice
3. Mature and friendly roommates.
4. No problem with hot water and heating.
5. ⁠Bright room
6. No more than 15 min walk to campus and downtown
