Hey :) I’m Andrea, an Italian 27-year-old graduate student in geology at UBC. I have completed my undergrad and master’s at UBC and just started a PhD in Sept 2024. I am looking for a room to rent/roommate to share a space with. I’m a very respectful and relatively quiet person, and value cleanliness and a peaceful environment. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies/shows, going for runs, and spending time with friends. Ideally, I am looking to share a place with another person who is tidy, clean, and respects the space. My budget is around $1600 with some wiggle room depending on the situation. I’m hoping to move in by March 1st, 2025 but potentially willing to move in as soon as Feb 1st if the place is right. Feel free to reach out if you think we’d be a good match!
