Description
Hello, What makes me a responsible woman. I vacuum my mattress every week like any carpet surface in my weekly cleaning habits in my room and common areas if I am expected to clean a place as it’s into a shared accommodation. I wash my bedsheets in hot water every week also. I do have a bed cover. I don’t know if you have seen one of those that you put on with a fitted sheet. I turn it around monthly to maintain the shape. I have a Rainbow Hepa vacuum in mint condition worth $8000. It’s also good to filter the room once a week for a few minutes if the door is always closed. I wash and dry after every use. I never had any spots on my faucets. I represented the Grohe and Elkay line back in Ottawa. I am a tutor, teacher and business owner in-home. Baseboards are also done monthly by vacuum. This vacuum eventually eliminates the dust as it’s a water base not a bag that accumulates dust blowing it out by the back. I am not a student but I would like to work and study. I am very quiet and peaceful. I have a silent printer that can print up to 4000 pages with $25 in ink.Is there a comfortable chair and a TV that has the right level of sound for this room? I wouldn’t want to hear someone else’s music or TV sound from another room while staying in this room. Is this a soundproof place? If not, I am sure the volume levels could be adjusted for that. If not, isn’t there any living room somewhere for boarders to use and share the common area? I have self-control and self-discipline. You wouldn’t hear me banging any doors from rooms nor cupboards but closing it without any noise. I would want to be quiet and keep it to myself. I know how people have busy lives including myself. Running my own business hasn’t got me saving for a house yet. This is where I thought of renting a shared accommodation instead of renting an apartment. I moved to Sudbury from Ottawa after looking after my mother when she passed away from cancer. I would like to book a viewing today to see the cleanliness and quietness of this place. I am expecting the temperature to be regulated to my necessities, which is an AC in the summer times and up to 22 to 25 in the winter. If not, I have a silent portable AC which with no additional cost a month and I could buy a heater that can maintain the temperature I need in my room which shouldn’t cost extra if it does I would want proof of additional cost monthly with the next bill of there was an increase with the previous bill to regulate the temperature that is needed if it is not manageable by the person I am renting from. There is a way to close a portion of the vents of the main level floor to raise the temperature of vents to upstairs rooms so that the temperature is well regulated without having to wear extra clothing than your normal day to day wear. I want to pay for a room in a shared accommodation with everything included except for meals. The fridge should be half the space for only two renting or a bit less from three people living there, not more than this. I need a parking spot also.Sincerely yours,Chantal Boucher
