I am currently looking for a roommate or two room mates to share a 3 bedroom, two full bathroom house in Newmarket. I can either rent the two rooms for only $1375 all inclusive with laundry, kitchen use, internet, separate washroom, two rooms, and use of the whole house as well as backyard and deck and up to two parking spaces, for a couple, or a single person, or single Mom, or I can rent the two bedrooms to two individuals for $700 each and they share the same 3 piece bathroom and have their own room and share the whole house with myself and everyone have their own parking spaces as well. I am a non-smoker, I have allergies so I cannot have dogs or cats living in the house. I am quiet and work full-time as an Educational Assistant in Aurora.
This house is currently for rent, but is not my house. I am simply showing the house for rent and looking for roommates to make it possible for myself and other singles to find affordable housing that is clean and healthy to live in.
