Looking for a furnished place downtown or in Riverdale. Ideally, we’d sign the lease together.

I’m a quiet guy. I enjoy drinking coffee, reading, walking and going out. Was living in Ecuador before coming here. I expect to spend most of the time at home (since I work from home).

I’d rather my roommate not have any pets (unless it’s something like a reptile or a fish) because I have allergies.
