I’m new to the area and looking for a shared rental for the next year or two. I’m employed part-time and studying full-time, so I have a busy but flexible schedule that keeps me out of the house quite a bit. When I am home, I like to keep things calm and low-key. Most of my hobbies keep me out of the house as well but I do like to cook and am open to sharing meals. I am looking to find somewhere clean and relatively quiet with friendly people.
