Fergus Baynes & Emily

Hi there, my partner Emily and I are looking for a place to move into from the 30th of December. We are both from England currently travelling around Canada on IEC work permits (we arrived here in September!). I have just taken a job at UBC and hope to start working full time there in the new year.

We are both very friendly and creative people. I myself am a musician - I do have a guitar with me but its only an electric and I don’t own an amp so it will be as quiet as a mouse : ) - and a college artist. Emily is an avid reader and film artist who loves animals and coffee. We are quiet, clean and respectful people who have lived in enough house shares previously to know the importance of maintaining a tidy and stress-free living environment.
