I am an older woman looking to rent an unfurnished room in Sherwood Park at the end of January 2025. I am clean, quiet, and away much of the time. I have excellent references and am able to sign a six-month lease. I would prefer a ground floor room or upper level rather than living in a basement. I am okay sharing a bathroom and I don’t mind pets in the house. I would love to find a family or a stable household to call home (no Airbnb stays).
