Hello all My last year working and then retiring Yahoo Quiet self employed male gone early morning 6 Am to 6 pm daily mon-fri

Weekends rarely home, Looking for 6-18 month stay for April 1 or May 1, The Right roomate is as important as the place maybe more.

Quiet at night Mon-fri please and no drama and NO smoking cigarets inside. I never bring anyone home, I am looking for a clean tidy room/place/roommate and I have no problem teaming up for apt/house cleaning.

Prefer to share with just 1 person so NO rooming houses. Must be able to park a 1 Ton cube van , 24 Feet bumper to bumper , Prefer off street parking with a plug in.

I like a Saturday night drink/steak if I’m home and an at least semi social roommate … please no moodies or drama.
