Hello, I’m looking to rent a house or spacious two or three bedroom unit with my friend and her daughter. I work from home and have a small dog (Pomeranian) We are clean, respectful people with consistent source of income. Excellent credit. Would need to split the rent evenly between myself and my friend and the lease would need to indicate that we are billed separately for our share of rent and utilities. Would need to be a place that is ok with pets. My dog is small and is well house trained and quiet.
