Im quiet and clean, as is my cat. I’m home often as I’m an online student. Not opposed to sociable drinks every now and again, but nothing too crazy. Preferably no pets though, as my cat is great with people, but hates other four-legged friends. She is sociable and friendly, i like to stick to myself and mind my own business, but always down for a cordial chat. If this interests you, I am down for meeting first to see if we click then hopefully find a place. Rooms for rent in this city are depressing if you own a cat or spend most of your time at home. A cheap 2 bedroom with someone I click with would be ideal. Hmu! Also open to those who 420 or smoke or drinkers. Guests are fine with me. Open to couples as well, as long as you’ve been together for a bit and are okay with an even split for rent.
