Quiet & respectful, and will be spending most days in the office or back home in Toronto during weekends. I would need to work from home for two days of the week, so a quiet environment during those times would be preferred, but besides that I’m not super stringent. My girlfriend (also very understanding of shared spaces) would probably be staying over for a couple days during most weeks as well, so it would be nice to find a situation that can accommodate that as well.
