I am a retied 71 year old gentleman looking for a room to rent in Fergus or thereabouts. I have a regular pension, and always pay my bills on time. I am quiet and respectful of others. I can help with househld chores, cooking, cleaning, etc. I like things to be straightforward (talk to me about it) if it is something to do with my behavior around the house (too noisy, not tidy enough, need to help out more, or whatever)
