My son and I are looking to share a house with possibly another single mom with one child or even a student or young professional. My son is 5. We’re only home in the evenings from 5pm onwards. Ideally another single mom who is drug free, reliable, clean, easy going and with good credit (I have really good income but not the best credit due to student loan I am currently paying). I would be looking to get a 4 bedroom where we each get 2 bedrooms, A bath each and share a powder room downstairs. I would prefer the master and would pay more.
