Hi my name is John (32) but I am currently seeking a studio or an affordable 1 bedroom .I am describing myself. I am a 32 male with a 11yr old daughter that visits every second weekend I am currently not working due to a heart condition (getting required surgery’s and procedures so I am doing better but still can’t go back to work yet) I am on my works long term disability benefits and I’m able to afford 1200-1250 I do have one car and would require a parking spot. I am a good tenant and always pay my rent a few days ahead. I am ideally looking for a place because I am currently living in my car and with my condition and it’s getting to a point where it’s not ideal with my health and getting so close to winter now. I have tried other avenues to find a place with no luck yet. If any one has a apartment or is even considering answering my post I will answer any more questions needed I’m an open book and more then willing to answer any questions you have.
