Hey there! We’re Francis and Elisabeth, an active and easy-going married couple who believe that good roommates are like an extended family. As avid trail runners and outdoor enthusiasts, we’re often out exploring trails early morning or hitting mountain paths on weekends, which means we keep pretty quiet, healthy hours at home. We both work remotely and are considerate, clean, and organized in shared spaces. You’ll find us meal prepping healthy dishes (and always happy to share!), keeping common areas tidy, and being respectful of everyone’s space and quiet time. We’re passionate about living sustainably and minimally, so we don’t have lots of stuff cluttering up spaces. While we love good conversation and sharing occasional meals with housemates, we also totally respect personal space and quiet time. We’re financially stable, always pay bills on time, and don’t smoke or party. Our ideal living situation is a peaceful, positive home where everyone feels comfortable and respected. In our free time, you might find us planning our next trail adventure, doing yoga in the living room, or enjoying a quiet evening with a good book.
