Hi, I’m Tonya, a student at SFU’s Surrey campus. I’m looking for a female roommate and a 2B2B apartment/townhouse in Surrey Central (We will discuss how to calculate the master room and secondary room late), ideally within walking distance of SFU. I’m planning to move in after December 20th, and I’m looking for a one-year lease with a budget between $1000-1200.
I’m easygoing, tidy, respectful, and always pay rent on time. I keep shared spaces clean, don’t smoke, have pets, or use drugs, and I always clean up after cooking.
I’m hoping for a female roommate who also values cleanliness, has no pets, doesn’t smoke or use drugs, and keeps noise to a minimum after 10:30 pm.
