I’m looking for a room to rent and would prefer no carpets. I am willing to be open to sharing a new place with the right person, with a female roommate. I am starting over and require my own private room. About me, I am quiet person, semi-retired graphic designer and artist. I’m in startup of my new design business. I am needing something for November 27th or December 1st to move in to. I have a small service dog (Chihuahua) male who is fixed and up to date on vaccinations. He is friendly and well behaved. I love music but I am not into parties or hard drugs. I like good conversations but I mostly keep to myself. I am a Christian and landlords and roommates MUST have completed background checks.
