I’m interesting in getting a new place with a roomie or even sharing a room space. I’m cool down to earth person, talkative at times but mostly and always to myself . I don’t mind signing new apartment lease keeping in mind first and last payment would be required, so we would need to make this payment both together .I’m interested to find a place in The GTA or outside of the GTA. Renting in Toronto is getting real expensive and hopefully i can find a cool down to earth person so we can make this easy
