I have stable government income that would allow me to pay rent on time with no issues. I’m currently seeking a job and can make up to $1000 without deductions with government. I have a cat, she’s 9 and her name is Rue. She is quite friendly but I can keep her in my room if necessary. I am clean and able to remain quiet but friendly. Furnishings must be included, as well as utilities. I know this is a lot to ask but I’m currently in an unfit living situation that is affecting my mental health.
