Shea (Sounds like SHAY)

I need a furnished room. I pay my bills on time by myself. Nobody helps me to pay the bills. This means that I have to watch my budget. I set the amount in rent that I can pay at $550 but if it’s between $550 and $650 I can still do it. If a rental unit is higher then $650 then, I start to get worried about how much I can pay. If the rental until is $850 or more… well I probably won’t be able to consider that kind of rental until I can get myself sorted out enough to be able to afford something like that. I like a quiet environment as I don’t have parties. I don’t drink nor do I smoke. I also have allergies to dogs so, I don’t have pets of my own but if a roommate happens to have a cat I will be okay with that… but just a cat though… I like to cook and I always get my dishes done after I’ve made supper. I am open-minded and open-hearted. I’m willing to live with anyone from any country/culture but I do prefer if my roommate is closer to my age group though so, a middle-aged roommate would be my preference.
