I’m looking for a private bedroom with parking and a shared kitchen, as I enjoy cooking my own meals. I value a home that prioritizes privacy, calm, and mutual respect for boundaries and personal space. While I love animals, I do have allergies, so I’m open to pets as long as the space is kept clean. A quiet, peaceful environment is important to me.

I work during the day, study in the evenings, and will be teaching college-level courses while attending university. A place where I can have a desk and a small recliner chair. I also run my own business when I’m not working or studying. I’m reliable with rent and committed to maintaining a responsible and respectful living environment.
