I would consider myself a respectful, communicative, mindful, clean roommate that pays rent on time. I have quit smoking cigs but do not mind if you do, I do however partake in cannabis (I wouldn’t say excessively, generally only at nighttime). I am somewhat of an opinionated person but am open-minded to all types of people so long as we just have basic mutual respect - we by no means have to agree on everything. I’m a night owl most of the time but will always respect quiet time at night. As far as hobbies I enjoy going to see live music, cycling, video games, going to the gym and I generally attend Church weekly. Do not mind sharing common areas but would prefer a private washroom.
