Hi everyone! I am looking to find a room for the next 1-2 years while I am making some major life changes and after ending a long term living situation. I just need a quiet, safe place to call home during the transition. I work full time, both in office and from home. I am a quiet introvert, a bit of a nerd, and I enjoy creative arts. I’m extremely flexible about living arrangements, I would prefer an unfurnished room but as I am looking to significantly downsize I don’t intend to move in with much “stuff.” Except books. I am co-parent to a 4 year-old neutered indoor male cat. He is the most sweet and loving guy, but he is also astoundingly naughty, and he can stay at the current residence if the accommodations are not cat friendly. Really, if the price and location are good and I vibe with the other resident(s), I would probably be happy in a closet. A “unicorn” housing situation would be with one or two other like minded people (aged 30-50, tidy, respectful, will discuss why Rings of Power is just a bad show). A private, unfurnished room. Not much space needed but if there is room somewhere for a drawing/painting desk & art supplies that would also be amazing. A private bathroom or bathroom shared with only one other person. Parking on site, or nearby free parking. A backyard, deck, balcony, or patio that is available to use as I spend time outside whenever possible. Existing pets in the home, and/or ability to bring my cat.
