I’m Marija, and I’m looking for either a one-bedroom apartment to live on my own or a female roommate for a two-bedroom place starting early or late November. My budget is $1,500/month.

A little about me: I work as a Sales and Office Coordinator for a real estate development company and have been living in Vancouver for two years. I love staying active with walks, runs, hikes, biking, camping, snowboarding, boxing, and Muay Thai. I’m hoping to find a roommate who’s not just a flatmate but also someone I can hang out and be friends with.

I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful. I don’t smoke, party, or have pets, and I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and cozy place to call home. I usually enjoy quiet evenings after work and early mornings. Ideally I would like to find a place in Vancouver, but I’m open to Burnaby or Richmond if it’s the right fit.
