Looking for an affordable space with some decent company for this new chapter of my life in BC!

I’m a bit of an old soul, go to bed early/ wake up early. I like to keep active, and the outdoors is my happy place. Camping, climbing, hiking, beaches, or just stopping at a park and enjoying the fresh air or setting up the slackline! I’ve been working in construction for 12 years now, mostly on roofs, but have thankfully shifted into more interior work since I arrived so I’m not at the mercy of mother nature so much

I’ve helped other landlords with some roof/gutter issues in the recent past and my capabilities extent beyond that if any unexpected problems should arise with the property. references available if needed, other than that I hope to have a chat and see if it would be a good fit!
