About me: I’m a 27-year-old Italian-German guy currently on the WHV program. I’m easygoing, open-minded, and very respectful. I enjoy spending time with my housemates, but I also value my privacy and like to retreat to my room most of the time. I have previous experience living with others during university, so I understand that mutual respect and a clean environment are essential.
I love going out to explore, but I also enjoy staying in to watch films or try new recipes. My everyday partying and disco phase is over, but I still like to go out clubbing occasionally and meet new people.
What I’m Looking for: A private room, possibly Midtown/Downtown, with private bathroom/Ensuite (I’d rather not share the bathroom for hygiene and time reasons.), Furnished (must) and (possibly, but negotiable) utilities included.
When? September/October ’25 (I know it’s still a bit early, but I’m starting to look around! :P)
In case you want to team-up: Perfect would be an apartment with max 1 other person for the best comfort and the reasons mentioned before (bathroom)
