Hi! My name is Jacob, it’s nice to meet you. I’m a 30 year-old mathematician recently moved back to BC after a year of entrepreneurship in Calgary. Looking for a bit more stability, I’ve started a career as a Data Scientist/Software Engineer for a finance company.

With a long-term goal of owning a home, I’m looking to cut costs while (hopefully) surrounding myself with cool and interesting people. I’d love to live with fellow academics, students, or anyone with a bit of scholarly spark. Sober preferred, but this isn’t a rule – you do you; I’m not a cop.

I’m quiet, hardworking, and looking for a healthy place to live for the next few years. I pass my time by volunteering at scientific laboratories, taking courses, and going on coffee dates with friends. I’m a good communicator, clean, and take good care of the spaces I live in.
